I wanted to let you know that Hayley Daws has shown me the greatest respect and has spoken to me over the phone as if we are good friends. I compare her communication with me to another freight company whereby the person who spoke to me was rude and appeared to want to hang up on me because I was giving her just “rough information”, and to contact her when I know my facts.
